Eight 500W cameras were used to test the appearance of the products (10 defects of 3 products were solved for customers) , among which the circumference was detected by AI algorithm and YOLO3 detection model, to achieve the outer wall rolling detection. At the same time, through Fitter's self-developed optical system for customers to solve the 0.007 mm inner wall convex hull defect detection, and the equipment and cleaning machine in series to achieve from the detection to cleaning unmanned operation. The introduction of digital testing standards to establish a data-based testing model for customers to reduce the cost of components and enhance the value-added products.
