The Laser Headspace O₂ Non-destructive Testing System is based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) core technology, enabling rapid, non-destructive detection of headspace oxygen content in vials and ampoules. During testing, the sample is placed in a dedicated fixture. A laser beam penetrates the headspace of the sample, accurately capturing the characteristic absorption signal of oxygen molecules to output real-time headspace oxygen content data. The system is easy to operate and requires no nitrogen purging, significantly reducing inspection costs and operational complexity. The fixture is compatible with most standard vials and ampoules; for non-standard bottles, customized tooling solutions are available. Its application covers mainstream packaging forms in pharmaceutical and biological agent fields.
