The Gear Visual Inspection System utilizes 3D technology to enable picking and loading of both organized and randomly arranged parts. Based on optical imaging, the system captures images of gears and performs visual inspection for surface defects larger than 0.5 × 0.5 mm, including scratches, impact damage, and missing chamfers. While significantly improving inspection accuracy and speed, the detection accuracy exceeds 99%. The system also supports production data storage and automatic generation of inspection reports.
