  • The Shaft Alignment Measurement System is an online-level detection product used for measuring the coaxiality of the motor stator and bearing holes in electric drive systems for new energy vehicles. It uses advanced laser vision 3D reconstruction technology for micron-level measurement of the motor inner wall surface, with an accuracy of ≤10μm. In addition to coaxiality detection, it can also be used for measuring inner hole diameter, inner hole cylindricity, cracks, and quality control defects.
